Öner Bilişim is a corporate business solutions manufacturer and sales and marketing company established in Istanbul in 2020 with 15 years of industry experience and dynamic staff.

Our aim, as emphasized by Prof. Dr. Aydın Köksal, one of the founders of our sector, in 1969, is to use the technical science of informatics as an international development tool and to transfer it to the next generations.
